Am I being unfair being slightly unappreciated in my relationship?

I've been with my boyfriend for two years and I've gathered some things that make me question is he really the one. We are both only 17 years old and have been dating since 15 and hes taken me on one date I think (that was when I was mad and he tried to make up to me) I know that I as a girlfriend can take him on dates rll but I haven't a job and he always has money from his paper round (I'm not expecting him to take me on a date every week) even one every two months idk. Another thing is he's very selfish with food/ money if he lets me borrow £2 for a drink he will jokingly say he wants the money back and he's constantly grippy with money no matter who or what it's involved around.
