What foods are cheap and tasty and healthy that I can eat everyday to replace junk food?

Oatmeal and peanut butterrrrrr
Dried fruits, cut out any drinks that aren't water and you'll immediately magically lose like 10lbs, try water with Berocca tablets if you get cravings. Popcorn is a good less unhealthy junk food, without butter ofc and the best is carrots or cucumber with hummus. Try stay away from the biscuits, chocolate and crackers even rice cakes, those are terrible. Rice cakes are so processed they change straight to sugar and crackers or crabs like that store as fat and are often high in palm oil. Carrot sticks, frozen raspberries the likes and dried fruit are almost like sweets but slightly healthier, apricots, mango, apple, figs etc.
Nut thins are good. There is not much else falling in all three of those categories. Try kellogs
