I read the labels on my clothes & they say to use low heat
But on my dryer the only option up there that might be right for those clothes is
"Automatic dry Low Heat Less Dry" does that mean the clothes are gonna be damp? How long should the clothes be in there dryer when on "automatic dry Low Heat Less Dry" ? What does auto dry Low Heat Less Dry do exactly? & is it the best choice for avoiding shrinking in clothes? Please help , sorry for my English

Use the low heat cycle, might have to run it longer( run it twice),but still low heat.

Your English is fine. Better than a lot of Americans!
Can you just hang it outside? Or take it out of the driver in only 10 min?
