no, evolution is like a tree, some branches grow longer and some have more fruit, everybranch has its pros and cons and humans just happen to have more pros than cons, animals wont evolve into humans they will evolve into their own unique thing for better or worse

Evolutionists say evolution has no direction. However they also claim that is has had a direction from a microbial last universal common ancestor to complex multi-cellular animals with discrete tissues and organs, including humans.

To support the grand claims of the theory they have to show that evolution is capable of producing this historic result. So far they have been much more successful at showing loss of genetic information and organs than with the creation of new ones.

Pretty much true, but not exactly the same. Evolution is progressing from simpler to more advanced organism. It doesn't have to be into humanity. For exapmle, Apes are still evolving, but not into humans.
