I was thinking about writing a fantasy story. I roughly made a story and a character outline, now I am working on the details. But I need some suggestions on several things:
1) What are some elements that made up the world? (I didn't want it to be the classical elements)
- I came up with a couple ideas: natural elements, force (gravity), lives, time
2) What are some names I can use for people with magic/abilities? (like mutants)
3) What are some traits of a male character (rival of protagonist) is likeable?
Suggestion for my story?

for elements: Faith, hope and pixie dust.
for names Lizard people, fish people and pixie people.

1 - Looks like you've got a decent set there already. You could add "ideas" and "residual energy from emotions", if you like.
2 - Possible names include:

Liyuborn
Spark-Blood(s)
Posebanr
Berezikin
Several of these were derived from the word "special" and Google translate.
3 - Likability is subjective, so I'll name some traits that people find admirable instead. Selflessness, empathy towards the less fortunate, strength of mind and/or body, and "being nice to you" are generally admirable traits. Sharp wit may be admirable or likable if it is used to put down someone even more repugnant than the rival.
