What is the son of your cousin to you?

I've always wondered about this. Obviously, the son of your father's brother is your first cousin. So what if that cousin had another son. What is that kid to you? Your second cousin or a nephew?

If your cousin has a child then that child is your second cousin.

They would be your second cousin. Your nephew would be your sibling's son.
