How to deal with bipolar disorder?debt?doing stupid stuff?

I hate thinking that I'm mentally not stable but I think I have bipolar disorder. I notice every month I go through cycles of being really happy and really depressed. From my last cycle of happiness I spent $3,000 on stupid stuff. I think i'm depressed now. I just don't care about anything right now.I did some stupid things the past few days. I purposefully failed all my exams for school, went on dates with people I don't care about, and other impulsive stuff.I feel scared this isn't even most of it. The more I look at my past behavior the more I see that I have a problem. I've randomly ended relationships out of the blue, during my depressive periods I've randomly lashed out at loved ones. They would just assume that it was my period and I thought so too but now I'm starting to realize this is a much bigger problem.

Idk.. idc if anyone responds , I just need to write this down somewhere but you have any advice it would be helpful thanks.

There is more to it that what you describe.... and if it's happening on a monthly basis then it is more likely hormonal. Both depression and mania have specific criteria that have to be met. simply breaking up with someone impulsively isn't mania... you have to have a slew of listed symptoms of mania AND they have to last a minimum of a week... depression also has a list of symptoms that have to be met and it has to last a minimum of 2 weeks. In reality both mania and depression last for many weeks or months or years before cycling. Rapid cycling is when someone has 4 mood changes in a year so even with rapid cycling the moods last months. If you think there is an issue that is interfering with your ability to function then you should see your doctor. There are a dozen, easily treated, physical illnesses that can cause mood swings... hormones, thyroid dysfunction, depression, anxiety, diabetes, vitamin deficiencies, and more. If your doctor can't find anything wrong then he can refer you to a psychiatrist for an assessment.

You need a therapist and medication.

There are two solutions.

1) First consult a professionally qualified doctor and take proper and regular treatment.

2) Pray honestly and sincerely daily at least for two minutes if you want some wonders or miracles to happen.

3) It will remove the impurities and imperfection in your body and mind.
