So my nursing school assignment for this week is to write a care plan for a patient experience Tumor lysis syndrome. I'm struggling to find a nursing diagnosis to go with this. The best thing I can come up with is 'Risk for Electrolyte imbalance'. However that is a potential diagnosis and I believe my instructor wants an actual diagnosis. Does any one have any ideas?
