The relationships that you need to be comfortable with are:
[H3O+] X [OH-] = 1.0X10^-14
pH + pOH = 14
pH = -log[H3O+] and pOH = - log [OH-]

a) [OH-] = 0.10 M
pOH = 1
pH = 13
[H3O+] = 1.0X10^-13 M

b) [OH-] = 2X(1.8X10^-3) = 3.6X10^-3 M
From this, use the relationships above to get to the other values.

c) is handled just like b)

d) [OH-] = 8.9X10^-5 M

You should be able to calculate the other values for these solutions.
