Would you rather live life with no fog or no alcohol/drugs?

Would you rather live life never seeing fog, or life never being allowed or can't have alcohol or drugs (not hard drugs but like pot, mushrooms, etc) due to a health issue or not allowed to legally for some reason? Some people are straight edge and don't drink or so drugs but love the fog as it gives them creativity.
