I honestly don't know what that means. What is "eating healthy"? I don't diet. I make almost everything from scratch and I like variety and novelty. I eat lots of fruits and veg but also meat of every kind, fats and sugar and protein and dairy and grains and nuts and well, everything... in moderation. I don't eat out much. I might have fast food twice a year. I eat dessert all the time, but it's always homemade so there is some nutritional content. I work out every day and am in great shape with zero health problems. It seems to be working for me.

I eat healthy during the week... Like 1,000 calories a day. Then Saturday and Sunday I eat whatever and drink whatever

Truth be told I should be dead right now for all the bad food I eat. I eat healthy foods too, don't get me wrong, but the bad WAY outweighs the good.

Hell no, at least not by the rules that are considered healthy now a days, I eat what my body craves. That could be a rare steak or a pound of broccoli. I figure my body knows what it needs better than I do.

No I often have pork or fish with eggs for breakfast. I eat to much sea food, Vegetables here are often grown in manure, Some human, We have no G,M, food here to eat. Just fresh at the market or from the garden, Can goods are expensive very limited in selection here. We butcher our own meat here. In non inspected locations often in the back yard. We trade for our rice normally only local grown. We make our own sea salt here. Grow most of our own spices like pepper, ginger, cloves. & such. They say not eating good microwave food is bad for you. We catch our own fish crabs lobster clams & such here as well.

Tough question because you have to define healthy. I eat to score well on my quarterly lipids (fats) blood test. I ace that, with a total cholesterol of 113, and an even split between HDL and LDL. I know I'm going to live to be at least 78, because that birthday was last Monday.

Honestly lately, not the best. But I'm poor and can't afford fresh fruit and veggies, healthy meat like chicken and fish/other good recipes. People say veggies are just as cheap as frozen items but in reality frozen food is cheaper. I wish I could afford healthy and delicious food all day every day. Yummy.

No. I eat less than 1,000 calories a day and that's extremely unhealthy for me. Well I do eat healthy but I don't eat the right amount of calories. Best wishes! :)

I eat 90% healthy and 10% not.

I eat fruit and veg every day (at least 8 portions), dairy, nuts, grains, and other foods that would be considered healthy. I cook everything from scratch using fresh organic ingredients.

However, sometimes I will have a treat that I know is bad for me (like a candy bar or a bag of chips) but I only do that a couple times a week so it doesn't do me any harm.
