樓宇經紀佣金問題:你好,本人剛剛初次買樓, 不過要下年五月交吉,是二手樓,大訂已比, 但是在未收樓不知道應該要不要比晒佣金經紀嗎？可是合約寫咗在交大訂時比,只是我怕到時收樓時萬一有問題没有人幫我解決!!!?

1. The commission is based on the completion of the transaction. As the transaction has not yet completed, the agent is not yet entitled for the commission.
