I just got to a new school and I'm always extremely tired/ Bored in the middle of the day. I haven't changed my sleep schedule and I don't know what's up. By the middle of the day I can hardly make a coherent sentence or say anything meaningful. How can I fix this?
My sleep schedule is around 11-6:30

It could well be related to what you are eating... especially for lunch.
Your breakfast should include carbs, fats, and protein. (An egg with toast and cheese, or yogurt with fruit and nuts)... this will stay with you until lunch. DO NOT skip breakfast.
However, try cutting way back on carbs, especially processed carbs, at lunch, and sticking with mostly protein and vegetables: a salad with chicken and a piece of fruit.
NO SWEETS -- no sweetened cereal, donuts, cookies, cupcakes, candy bars, or candy during the day. Processed sugar will make your system "crash" when it begins to wear off.

Finally, be sure you are drinking enough during the day. You can use a plastic water container, but you should drink the equivalent of an entire 12 oz bottle of water before you get to school, two more bottles by the time you finish lunch, and two more before you get home after school. Drinking enough water can make a HUGE difference in your energy level.

Make sure you are getting at least 30 minutes of robust exercise every day, preferably outside in the fresh air. Jogging, running, and bicycling are all great. This may sound counter-intuitive when you are feeling tired, but it helps your overall energy level.

Try all these changes for two weeks, without fail, and see if you notice a difference. If not, try going to sleep 30 minutes earlier. Sometimes 30 minutes of sleep can make a big difference.
