It can be, consumed in moderation. When flavors and 'stuff' is added to it, the calories often increase but the nutritional value doesn't (it may actually decrease, depending on what's added). I like the texture of Greek better than regular, although it does cost more.

It is if it's plain instead of pre-fruited. Those have lots of added sugars. If you want fruit in it, cut your own to add.

Yes - just go easy on the ones that have fruit on the bottom or mixed in. Better yet, buy plain Greek yogurt and add your own fresh fruit

Greek yoghurt is healthy but not too much of it. I suggest having around a cup full a day with some fruit and honey or something like that.

yes, as long as it is instead of and not in addition to other "empty" calories
