98年11月二惻甲狀腺全切除每日服用甲狀腺素，最近左手肘關節疼痛到極點，骨科醫生說：積水，右手中指(第一關節處)也痛得要命，也無法彎曲。這是否與甲狀腺切除後有關係。要如何解決？謝謝！?
