Your question isn't nearly as dumb as most of the answers you've received, so obviously you're one of the smartest people in the room! Seriously, the answers were dumb, but your question wasn't.
Instead of going completely uninsured (you are still responsible for your vehicles while you're away), ask Geico if they can remove all your coverage except Comprehensive (fire & theft) while you're gone. That will keep your policy in force, your vehicles will be covered if the house burns down or if they're stolen or vandalized while you're gone (criminals do look for houses that are unoccupied for several days / weeks), and it costs very little to just have Comprehensive. Then when you come back, instead of writing up a whole new policy, you just notify Geico that you're back from your trip and can they reinstate your normal coverage.
