weak people in general shouldn't be cops because it makes them have to use gun in every physical altercation.

Sexist are we? How many male cops have shot people that should not have been shot? How about the male cop who shot the guy laying on the ground with his arms up? Men can screw up too.

Men have startled every war, so STATISTICALLY, male cops and soldiers are a stupid idea. Second, you are incredibly sexist and are probably insecure about the fact that women are advancing in society. Third, this is no question. Fourth, every single human starts as a female in the womb. The ONLY difference between men and women is hormones, and men statistically get "man periods" or blasts of mental hormones, much more often than women, so a man is much less in control of their emotions than women, statistically.
