my stuff got stolen and i was maced trying to stop them?

so i was at the beach recently and i left my stuff on the beach to get something from my car and when i came back i saw two middle aged women looking through my bags and beginning to walk off with them. i tried to stop them. when they told me to leave them alone i said no you cant steal people's ****. then a bystander came by and maced and she told me that i cant harrass women for any reason. i told her they took my **** and she said that it doesnt matter. and then she both maced and tased me for ten seconds and called me a misogynist. my wallet was in that bag with my id and credit card. how can i get it back?

Call the police because legally that is theft and assault with mace and taser

The Police should have no problem catching a woman dressed as a knight carrying a mace
