Could it have been a bone?

Okay, so today while at work I had pizza and boneless wings. While swallowing a wing, I felt something sharp go down. I know a few of them were crunchy from being fried. I panicked immediately. I have such a bad fear of swallowing bones which is why I always get boneless. Went to ER, dr didn't do X-ray as he said it wouldn't show and can't be stuck if I can still swallow and drink. I have bad anxiety and I'm always paranoid. What are the chances of a small bone being in it? Please someone help me.
