Will eBay refund my money back?

So I bought an Xbox One on eBay for $185 then patiently waited for him to ship it for about 2 weeks and he never did.. Once I logged into my eBay and checked his profile it said "seller suspended" so since that's a lot of money I was wondering if I'd ever get my money back and if I could how do I do so

You need to open a case with whoever you used to pay for the auction, whether it's PayPay or your credit card company or whatever.
