此句文法結構若以and分成二個独立分詞片語，則unable 前應加being ，才能对等首尾一致。

(2)be unable to do things properly and easily--------means no power, no opportunity manner to do something.(adv clause).Will you be able to see that ? Hence "be" be added.

你應該問為何全句都沒有主詞而只有動詞....
其實句子是如"子戶之星"說以"自己"為主體，所以句主其實不是欠了BE，而是欠了:
