Because viewing/downloading/saving/possessing child pornography is a crime and Yahoo will not knowingly allow its services to be used for criminal activity.

Probably because photos of nude children, no matter how innocent the intent or legitimate the nudist lifestyle they're being raised with, are treated as illegal and websites such as yahoo will not participate in providing you with such images.
