IRS arrests and deporta illegal residence in america. But IRS in the same time gives illegal foreigners "tax number(Individual Tax Identification Number)" and let them pay money to them..
Why does one agency do such incompatible job in the same time?

Department of Homeland Security - Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) handles immigration.The IRS is completely separate from Homeland Security.

The INS deports people. Not the IRS

The IRS does not arrest or deport anyone. A completely different agency does that.

NO ICE/INS darrewsts and deports people. Or else congress gave them the power and tasked them with the job. So Illegals who pay no net tax get arrested and booted.
