If you're 22, stop caring about what your parents believe. Call her and apologize to her. Then, if you're ready to marry her, propose. If you're not ready to marry her but believe you will someday, then keep apologizing and hope she takes you back. But if you're never going to marry her, let her go so she can find someone grown-up.
