He forgot to text me?

me and the guy I'm talking to have been on bad terms for last week because we had a fight and he never tried to make things right with me. he said he didn't respond to my texts because I'd bug on him, and hasn't made an effort to text me at all. we talked about everything last night and he apologized for everything and we were fine so I said what now? and he asked if he could text me tomorrow I said yes and then he never texted me. does this situation mean nothing to him? does he just not give a ****?
