Is He Into Me?

It had been a while since I was with a guy. I was with one last night and I told him I hadn't been with one for a while. When we were in the heat of the moment he brought it up saying-you haven't been with a guy for a while?

Should I take that as a compliment or an insult? Does it make it look abnormal that I had a dry spell? Or was it boosting his ego to know he was breaking my dry spell?

He also told me he doesn't want me to be with other guys since he's afraid of stds. He also said he doesn't want to share me with anyone else.

But then he turns around and says he doesn't want a relationship. Though he said he has with other women in the past where it started out like us. He said there's chemistry between us.

Is he falling for me and trying not to show it or does he just want his cake and eat it too?
