a) "she did wrong" -- she has done something wrong in the pastNow, at the present moment, she is not aware of "her wrong act" --
that is, "that she did something wrong"
b) 她(現在)沒察覺到她(以前)做錯了 :-
前半句是現在時態 --> 用 present tense -- " isn't aware "
後半句是過去時態 --> 用 past tense -- " did "
