Sme reason Ronnie (Captain Ray-Gun) Reagan couldn't serve three terms. Franklin Roosevelt served 4. This SOOOO outraged republicans that they passed Amendment XXII setting an absolute limit of two full terms, plus less than half a term if you are the VP and your pres dies.
