I have recently been overseas only to return to find DVD s missing from my room. My mom said she went in there and lent them to people.
This makes me angry as they are still m things even if I m not there. My mom doesn t see anything wrong with it.
Does my mom have the right to do this?

no, she shouldnt have done that, maybe you should put your stuff in storage so she cant get into it

Nope. There or not you own it and if someone's going to lend it they have to ask you first. You have the right to demand she get it back or replace it.

No one has the right to take your personal possessions and give them to someone else. You mom has no respect for your privacy. That's a horrible shame. I'm sorry. Tell her she has to replace them. It's only fair.
