Slight pain in bang (lung area) and breathing weirdly?

I'm 14 and I started experiencing this yesterday. I woke up and danced 30 minutes afterward, while dancing, I feel this really painful feeling in my back (lung area) but after a while it went away, but it was definitely still there, it hurt to move and lean forward. It's not as bad today. I also feel breathing difficulties. as in I have to take a deep breathe alot, which isnt usual for me. I'm getting scared and my parents wont take me to the doctor. can this be lung cancer?
