Is it too late to save my teeth?

I'm 16 yrs old and I haven't washed my teeth almost at all for atleast the last 4 years. My teeth are yellow but they haven't hurted at all in this time(atleast a bit good?). If I'd start washing my teeth daily 2x, and I'd go to the dentist, could my teeth still get back to normal? Or at least keep them from going worse?

You probably can save them. Start cleaning 2 or 3 times a day and see a dentist.

Highly doubtful. You screwed up for 4 years. Don't expect it to just get better.

Why would you not wash your teeth ?

But anyway, there is no way that they will be worse, after a couple of months when they feel stronger, use teeth whitening strips (cheap but works - unhealthy for your teeth but worth it if they're yellow) and make sure your breath doesn't stink with breath/mouth spray ($1 £1 in literally every shop) and stop eating anything sugary and suck (not bite) a LOT of mints daily.
