There are some people who barely comprehend current events and think that they can hide from it if they don't know much. Knowing only half is their defense mechanism. These people tend to be libertarians.

I'm an independent who could have voted for him. Probably would have voted for him as a "protest" vote/vote for third parties, as Hillary's definitely going to carry my state and I wouldn't be helping Trump by doing so. No way in hell I could vote for him after this. Sad. Pathetic. Shameful.

Oh please. Most people bashing him have probably hardly heard of Aleppo at most. Now they're just acting like they're aware of what's going on and acting upset because that's what they're told to feel. When you've got a lying sociopath and a narcissistic fool as the other choices, not knowing where Shitty Place To Live #456 isn't too big of a deal. It's nothing that can't be quickly changed, unlike the insufferable and depraved personalities of the others. The media are clinging on to anything they can to tear him down, and people are eating it up.

Not knowing the details of one campaign in one town in Syria does not disqualify someone.
