Can anyone direct me to a website that has a lot of information about the old West?

I'm writing a new story and I really want the history nailed down perfectly. Does anyone know a website where it has everything I need to know about the old West? Primarily around the 1870's or so? All current events, anything going on at that time, what kind of money was used, train rails that have already been built or still in the process, who was famous during that specific time, what were woman's rights like during that time, etc. Also, does anyone know if people back then actually referred to their time as 'The Old West'? Did they actually call it that back then? Really appreciate the help!

There are dozens of good documentaries on YouTube. In addition to overall histories, focus on themed histories such as the building of the Continental Railroad, the Indian Wars, the range wars, etc.
