No, it's just one year of an age gap... why would that be wrong?
Not in my book if the relationship is a good and responsible one. 17 is too close to 18. Over twenty might be pushing it as adult influences may apply. Sadly things have changed in the eyes of political correctness. Some rules may apply depending on the state you live in. As these ages are so close, it is hard to conclude that a relationship is invalid/illegal once one of them turns of age. But, what one of 18 does with the minor half may be seen as provocative by stuffed shirts with morals up their butts and someone could throw a stone in the working gears. The age of consent is different by state. A few say 16 as long as the minor gives consent, but that is within reason for same age types. Things could change if they get scared/hurt and the parents pull out a statutory rape card. But other states warrant some discretion and discourage such relationships till both are of legal age together. How stupid if just dating your high school sweetheart with a difference of only one or less years, it is no one's business anyway. Just be "well behaved and respectful" till the other comes of age. . Enjoy your relationship young one.
No, not technically........but if the 17 year olds parents wanted to make an issue of it, and accuse you of statutory rape........they could.
Age difference is barely anything, so not really. You might want to know what your local law is if you plan on having any sort of sex life with each other though.
Only if they are related.
No it's not,it's perfectly fine.....
17 yrar old is considered a minor.
Any sexual activity is considered RAPE which is against the law and punishable with severe jail time.
