Need more information.

A = n
B = 3n
C = B = 3n
A has 1/7 of the total sweets

Bag A : n sweets
Bag B : 3n sweets
Bag C : 3n sweets
Total sweets = n + 3n + 3n = 7n

This is as far as we can go. Without more information, all we can say is that number of sweets in bag A = n
