Definitely Ezra.
Bellamy, in all honesty, reminds me of a mixture of Bologna and Salami. And it just sounds too ambiguous, with it's similarity to other girl names like Bethany, Bella, and Amy, it may be confused for a girl's name.
Ezra though is very handsome, simple, and classic, it's one of my favorite names.
