That depends on how the new company wants to handle eveeryone's personal files. In some cases, the files remain the same. Basically, all write ups will stay in your file even after the new company takes over.

In some cases, the new company may have policies that are so different from your previous company that they decide to do a "clean slate" for everyone and if that happens, your previous write ups from the other company would no longer be part of your work history.

I worked for a company that was bought out by another company. All our records remained the same. Any write ups we had stayed on file. But, we also kept our seniority and vacation time too. We didn't have to start over as though we were new hires even though it was a new company.

Yes, they will transfer with your personnel files into the new company.
