I have noticed that Halloween decorations and candy are now out on the shelves at my local dollar store. Stock up before it's gone.

I decorated my office yesterday with fall stuff- pumpkins, fall leaves, etc. It's still in the low 90s here (in NE Ohio). We are expecting cooler temps next week. Anyway, after the weather breaks and fall starts, the leaves start turning and THEN I start planning for Halloween- one holiday at a time.

We give out a lot of candy at our house and I start buying candy in August. I look for sales since the prices are so high and the candy packages have fewer and fewer pieces.

After Halloween, I start planning for Christmas- (shopping, mostly)
