These answer aren't exactly accurate. Depends on ages. A teenager needs the most amount of sleep out anyone else. Most fully grown adults only need roughly 5-7 hours sleep while teens need 9-12. Children typically sleep 8-9 hours, and go to bed quite early and majority wake up at 6-7am. Teens will probably stay awake until 1am-4am in the morning and refuse to get up out of bed in the mornings. Adults can vary, it depends if you work long hours every day and if so you will probably go to bed early and wake up early ready for work. If you stay at home typically adults go to bed 8-12 and from experience many have to wake up at 7 to take children to school whilst on the weekend sleep in.
