When I asked him if he felt any guilt with cheating on me his ex girl he said no I didn't how could he be so harsh. Does it mean he still loves his ex

You feel guilt when care about something that could be taken away. It means he doesn't care at all about his relationship with you. It doesn't necessarily mean he is in love with his ex.
