Does he love me ? Or is there a way we can take eachother back?

At the moment I'm confused my ex boyfriend from three years left me for two months I was so sad I love him so much but I hung out with the wrong people and started going out everyday and drinking and now that I saw the person I was becoming I stopped . He now says I don't love him that he loved me and hat he wanted me back but that the actions I did prove him otherwise what can I do

Move on without him, he is using that line to hurt you, nothing more nothing less, manipulation or emotions, one of the worse types of abuse. Usually one only does that crap if you were the one that hurt them, and they are trying to make you feel the same. But you say he broke up with you/left you. Either he really is a manipulative jerk or he feels really guilty about something he did. Either way, join a group, an activity that doesn't include drinking and crap, get active, bury your head in school or something, and move forward.
