I'm not a medical professional, but that appears to me to be an allergic reaction to the mosquito's venom. Try taking an OTC antihistamine like Benedryl and applying cold (not frozen) packs to the swelling. If it doesn't improve a lot, see a doctor.

Nope that is possibly a spider bite or maybe a bot fly bite I would see a doctor just to be on the safe said it could be MOS bite but they carry a lot of different things so you should get it checked.
