Started pusing after garlic?

I have like a skin infection from a scratch little hard and red. Soon as i put garlic on it cleat pus was coming out. Why? Is that the bacteria i killed or what? I also added apple cider vinegar with the garlic

maybe you are alergic? your doctor can test to tell you.
