Ever since I got my new puppy which was two days ago, I have been having constant anxiety. It is so bad I can barley eat. My heart is pounding , I am constantly worried, and I have no peace of mind.I just wan't to lay in bed all day. I just do not know how to get rid of this anxiety. I am sick and tired of it.

If having a puppy around causes all that, you might be better off without a dog. I would advise taking the puppy back to where you got it.
