The reason I am asking this question is because I think I may be hearing voices and it scares me... I may be developing schizophrenia. Because what I hear in the background, from 1 hour 22 minutes to 1 hour 23 minutes, is a person yelling in agony, and yelling: "let me out!" No one hears the person in the background yelling in pain, yelling "let me out!" If no one hears that, I am very concerned for my mental health, because I hear it in the background every time I watch that minute of the video

There's some distant background noise, but it doesn't sound like anyone "yelling in pain". It actually sounds like singing or chanting at the top of someone's voice (and not a very good voice), but because it's so distant, it's very unclear.

Edit: This presentation seems to have taken place at some sort of conference. I've attended a lot of conferences, and I can tell you that it's often possible to hear something going on in another presentation while you're listening to one taking place in the room you're in. It could be a film, a performance-- anything.

Edit: No, I don't hear anyone yelling in pain and screaming "Let me out!" I hear very faint singing or chanting. It's not possible to make out any words. There's no yelling.
