Pain and swelling inside foot, hurts when I run, walk, and stand? 14 years old?

I realized this pain recently and I got proper running sneakers but it didn't go away. It actually gets worse the more I run. I don't know if I should visit an pediatric orthopedist but it's a pain that's on and off. I did some research and there is a chance I have an accessory navicular bone but that's just my guess. Do you think I should get it checked out or do you think it's just my sneakers?
