What can be done about a so called News website?
That contains a mixture of commercial advertising, opinions however biased and legitimate fact based news stories? Every article should be clearly marked as advertising, opinion or news. Don't you agree?

Very few unbiased sites around.
Yes, and it's getting that way, at least with the advertising being marked, and some of the opinion articles. However, news that's slanted left or right wing usually isn't marked in any way.
Thank you Nick, I just have to get used to living with the wool over my head.
The problem in a Free-Market is that literally every commercial-entity is looking to manipulate, and warp the rules every chance they get.
So it's irrelevant really, if your proposal became fact, there would be an immediate effort to muddle the labels, add a public-service anouncement to advertising, add a little more facts to opinion, while being more selective in what news they present.
That's the problem with the Free-Market, there are no hard-values, everything is a commodity, so everything is ripe for speculation(like the stock-market).
Actual news can only exist separate from the Free-Market.
