i cant find anywhere where it says adidas store will hold a raffle for these shoes. Can i just walk in and buy them

What sane person would pay $130 for a pair of shoes his child will out grow in a few months? To look cool? To give a bazillionaire more money? I'm 39 and I wouldn't pay titanic and I'm pretty sure my feet have ceased growing.
