well America issues only so many H1B visas. I'm not sure if employers have an easier in to get one of those for a prospective employee or not, but just apply for work and if your skills are needed they might help to get you that H1B visa.
You would have to apply student visa for US. However you would need lots of money to pay for classes and live. So hopefully you would have ample funding.
After that get degree in something that's in demand -- nursing, education, computer science or engineering.
After that you can either look for employer that is willing to sponsor (very difficult nowadays) or find citizen to marry (that also quite difficult).

There is NO way you will remain in US. You are required as a condition of the student visa to return home. Intent to remain is visa fraud, grounds for visa denial with permanent bar to entry. You are NOT remaining in US. Bachelor's degree is not a qualification for any employment visa anyway. Real unemployment rate in US for recent grads, new entrants to US workforce, has exceeded 53% since 2009. There are no jobs for you in US, and no visas.
