I'm not confident enough to wear my glasses to school as I'm afraid I will get picked on. I'm going into 10th grade and the girls and boys are pretty mean and bitchy sometimes, so I don't want to give them something to pick fault with.
I have this boy that Ive kind of liked for a while, although I don't like him as much as I used to before....I still care about him and have feelings for him. I'm scared that if I wear my glasses to school that he will think I'm a nerd or look ugly and his opinion of me will change. We don't talk anymore but we have a connection, if you know what I mean. So if you were a guy, and your crush came to school wearing glasses, would you still like her? Or would you think she's a nerd?
Do guys like girls who wear glasses?

Sweet Jaysus.. Girl, you gotta get a GRIP! Believe me, speaking as somebody who has next to no idea what constitutes nerd, my opinion is that you are way over-thinking this glasses scenario and that you should just go to class wearing them when and where you need to. What does it matter if your schoolmates can't handle it? This so-called crush is a vacuous bag of shallow if he thinks that your eyesight is a laughing matter. Wear the glasses, study hard, excel in your studies and be a high achiever. Everything else will eventually follow from that. Don't worry so much. Good luck!
